Article 1 - Subject

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges are specified when the order is placed.

Article 4 - Ordering

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GCS.
The publisher reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Article 6 - Delivery

Physical products are sent to the address indicated by the customer.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, customers have the right to 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
⚠️ Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase or to personalised products.

Article 8 - Legal guarantees

The products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 - Liability

The publisher cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.
